30 minute Desk Yoga sequence with Lottie May to boost your productivity & focus
We’re excited to welcome Lottie May once again to Nook & Huddle with her Desk Yoga sequence, the perfect way to reset body and mind in the middle of your working day.

Lottie is a yoga teacher, mum of three, and long-time Malmesbury local. With over 15 years of experience in HR, she knows first-hand the toll that long hours at a desk can take. Since 2017, she’s been teaching yoga with a focus on making it accessible, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
Her Desk Yoga sequence is designed for busy people who spend a lot of time working at a desk, no yoga mat, gym kit, or prior experience needed.
Free with every day desk pass or membership, just take a break in whatever you’re wearing, and enjoy a short, restorative session that helps release tension, boost focus, and bring a little calm into your day.

14th October
11.30am - free 30 minute sequence

Mental Health First Aid Certification
2 day course with Paula Power
What if you noticed someone struggling — would you know what to say?

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) doesn’t train you to be a therapist — it teaches you to be a calm, confident presence when it matters most.

You’ll learn how to:
-
Recognise the early signs that someone might be struggling
-
Start a conversation with care, without fear of “saying the wrong thing”
-
Listen without judgment, and know where to signpost for help

It’s about acting early, with empathy, before things reach crisis point.

Whether you’re a business leader, high street retailer or a coach, being both confident and kind could make all the difference for someone who’s quietly overwhelmed.

If you’re ready to build true confidence in supporting mental health - in others and yourself - we’d love, you to join us for our 2-day face-to-face MHFA course.
